This 4-week sessional class is mandatory for all students who are ready to start their pole journey. Over the span of the course you will learn the basic spins, grips, and poses necessary to safely participate in our standard classes. 

Join us for a simple routine class! This class requires a basic comprehension of low-level pole poses and spins, but is designed to be approachable for all skill levels.

Come learn new tricks and transitions with us! This online intermediate pole tricks class will help you practice existing skills through new combos, learn new tricks, and challenge yourself! Prerequisites for this class include a strong invert and half-chopper, as well as being familiar with leg hangs, apprentice, beginner spins, bat, and reverse grab. A pole is required, and a crash mat (or something soft to land on) is recommended! 

Whether you are shy and don't want to learn in a group setting or just looking to take your training to the next level with some personalized coaching, we offer private (1-on-1) and semi-private (bring a friend along!) lessons on an appointment basis.
