Service Description

There's no progress without dedication! Come get your sweat on with us to elevate your pole performance to the next level. We'll use the pole as our primary piece of equipment in this full-body workout. A mix of body-weight exercises and tricks and spins will be utilized to make your workout fun and challenging! This class is for all levels of pole experience - variations will be offered to allow you to safely push your abilities no matter where you are at in your pole journey.
