Stretch and Conditioning

All our class booking is done through the third-party booking site WellnessLiving. Follow the "Book Now" button to be re-directed to their website, where you will be prompted to create an account. From there, you'll be able to see our complete schedule, book classes and private lessons, purchase passes, and ogle our dope merchandise! While all Pole 101 registration must be done in-browser, once you are finished Pole 101 you can also use the Achieve Wellness app on your device to register for future classes.

On-Pole Conditioning - Progress Isn't Comfortable

There's no progress without dedication! Come get your sweat on with us to elevate your pole performance to the next level. We'll use the pole as our primary piece of equipment in this full-body workout. A mix of body-weight exercises and tricks and spins will be utilized to make your workout fun and challenging! This class is for all levels of pole experience - variations will be offered to allow you to safely push your abilities no matter where you are at in your pole journey.

Off-Pole Conditioning - No Pole? No Problem!

Need a workout but don't have access to a pole? Join us for a conditioning workout guaranteed to make you sweat. No home gym required, just grab some household object of various weight and get ready to WORK. This class is accessible to all fitness levels, with participants able to choose their own degree of intensity throughout the workout. You might want to cuss us out by the end of it, but don't worry - it won't hurt our feelings!

Stretch - Get Your Flex On!

Who couldn't use a little more flexibility? Nobody, that's who! Join us for a rotating class selection including Splits Stretch, Shoulder Opener, and Full-Body Breakdown. We'll use a combination of active and passive stretches to build end-range strength and stability while encouraging your body to bend a little better. No equipment required, though a yoga mat, blocks, and strap will come in handy.
